Ongoing Health

All vetting is covered in the adoption fee, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, FVCRP vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.

Training & Support

The team works diligently with all animals to help them socialize and learn basic commands, but adopters should understand that these are rescue animals and will require continued training efforts and understanding.

Transporation

Apricot is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. He can be transported to these locations via air-conditioned transport buses equipped with care from two drivers and two onboard attendants. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook event page. Pick-up locations will be coordinated with the Adoption Coordinator to find the closest option to you. Alternatively, you can pick up Apricot at our Angleton, TX location.
