Moses is a 5-month-old Black Labrador Retriever puppy who has overcome incredible odds with a heart full of love to give. He was found abandoned and frightened near a creek, along with two other puppies. A game warden assisted in their rescue due to their severe trauma. Moses had a serious injury, likely from a coyote attack, which required extensive veterinary care. He has made a remarkable recovery thanks to a skilled veterinarian and his own determination, with only a small, half-dollar-sized scar remaining as a testament to his resilience. Although a little shy at first with new people, Moses's sweet and affectionate nature quickly emerges once he feels safe. His favorite spot is curled up on a lap, enjoying cuddles and affection. With each day, he grows more confident and trusting, eager to find a loving family to call his own. Moses embodies the loyalty, intelligence, and loving nature characteristic of Labrador Retrievers and is ready to leave his past behind for a bright future.
Ideal Home
Moses would thrive in a home where he can continue to build his confidence and feel safe.
Ongoing Health
Moses has made a wonderful recovery from a significant injury. He will have a small, half-dollar-sized scar on his side. Puppies under 6 months are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy's first birthday or by your veterinarian's recommendation, at the adopter's expense.
Training & Support
Moses can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience and gentle introductions, his sweet personality will shine. He clearly craves affection and reassurance.
