ZAZU is a 3-year-old Terrier mix with a gentle, loving soul who is always ready to share a moment of joy. He thrives on companionship and loves to be close to his people, whether you're out exploring or relaxing at home. ZAZU is a pro on the leash, walking politely by your side without pulling. He's incredibly loyal and will always stay near, making him a trustworthy companion for adventures. ZAZU is friendly with other dogs and enjoys playing with them, but he's also content to entertain himself or rest when needed, striking a perfect balance between social and independent. He greets everyone with warmth and excitement, happy to make new friends. ZAZU is patient and sweet during grooming, enjoying the gentle touch and closeness. He deeply loves and trusts, looking at you with eyes that say "You're my person." He's a dog who will make everyday moments special with his gentle ways, quiet loyalty, and willingness to follow you anywhere. Ongoing Health
All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, is up-to-date. He has been tested for heartworm and is on prevention. He will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
Training & Support
ZAZU is already well-trained on the leash. He is a rescue dog and will benefit from continued training efforts and understanding from his new family. He has received socialization and some basic command training.

Transportation
ZAZU is currently located in Angleton, TX. Transportation is available to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our transport is provided via a USDA licensed semi-truck with climate control and attendants, or an air-conditioned 3LP-run van for the East Coast route. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook Event page. Your adoption coordinator will help you find the closest pick-up location.
