Kelso

Kelso's journey began with a loving adoption, only for him to be sadly abandoned at a veterinary clinic just before Christmas. Thankfully, we were able to bring him into our care. Despite this heartbreaking experience, Kelso is an incredibly resilient and loving dog. He has a proven track record of living happily with a young child, other dogs, and even chickens! He’s house-trained, kennel-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has a wonderfully easygoing nature, greeting everyone he meets with affection. Kelso understands his basic commands and is an absolute joy to have around. He enjoys his walks, loves to relax both indoors and outdoors, but his favorite thing in the world is simply being with his people. He's not a demanding companion; he just yearns for a family who will cherish him and offer him the forever home he deserves.

Ideal Home

Kelso would thrive in a home that can provide him with the stability and love he has been longing for. He has a history of successfully coexisting with children, other dogs, and even chickens, so a home with a variety of household members would be wonderful.

Ongoing Health

Kelso is neutered, up-to-date on all his vaccines, microchipped, and is heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Kelso is house-trained and kennel-trained and walks beautifully on a leash. He knows his basic commands.
