Scrappy is currently located at our shelter. We can arrange transportation for approved adopters to locations in CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Transports are typically arranged within 1-3 weeks of application approval. Adopters will meet at a designated spot to pick up their new companions.
