Rocky

Hi there! My name is Rocky, and I'm a handsome gentleman born in August 2013. I'm a bit shy and cautious at first, as my heart was broken when my previous owner left me at the shelter. It took me a while to stop crying for her. I'm looking for a quiet home where I can feel safe and loved. I bond really well with women, but I'm also happy to get to know men too! I weigh about 20-25 lbs and I'm ready to find my forever family.

Ideal Home

I'd do best in a quiet home without children or other dogs. I can get a little overwhelmed by sudden movements and other dogs, so a peaceful environment is key for me to blossom.

Ongoing Health

I've been vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. I will be neutered before I go to my new home. My caregivers are currently unsure how I would do with cats, but they're happy to introduce me to some if that's important to you!

Training & Support

Patience is a virtue, especially with me! It will take some time for me to learn to trust you, but I promise it will be worth it.
