Meet Bubba!

Bubba is a lovable 6-year-old, 82-pound teddy bear who is looking for a family to call his own. This handsome guy has a gentle nature and loves nothing more than spending time with his people, soaking up belly rubs, cuddles, and affection. Bubba is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and can be trusted when left home alone indoors. He enjoys getting out for walks, exploring new places, and even visiting the dog park. He knows a few basic commands.

Ideal Home

Bubba will do best in a house setting with a fenced yard. He is not a good fit for a home with cats. While Bubba can be selective about other dogs, he would do best as the only dog in the household where he can enjoy all of the attention and companionship for himself.

Ongoing Health

Bubba's adoption fee of $150 includes his spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

Bubba does well with children and knows a few basic commands. As with all dogs, he is a pack animal, and Rescue One does not adopt to outdoor-only homes.

Transportation

Bubba is located in Springfield, MO. Out-of-state adoptions are possible with vet references and a video home check. The adopter is responsible for transportation to and from our rescue, as well as for returning Bubba if the adoption does not work out.
