Gunner

Gunner is a 2-year-old handsome hunk with the emotional range of a tiny woodland creature who accidentally got invited to a party. New people can make him nervous, and sometimes he responds with a little grumble-growl that basically translates to: "I would like to file a complaint about this situation." But don't worry, Gunner is not aggressive; he's just a sensitive guy trying very hard to process life's many terrifying events, like strangers, sudden movements, and probably suspicious-looking leaves. Now, once Gunner decides you are officially his human? Oh buddy, game over. You will never pee alone again. You will gain a loyal shadow, emotional support buddy, personal security system, and tiny best friend all wrapped into one adorable package. He takes his job of loving his person very seriously.

Ideal Home

Gunner would thrive in a patient home that understands that beneath the cautious exterior is a hilarious, deeply devoted little guy who just wants to feel safe, loved, and included in your daily business. He prefers to be the only dog because, quite frankly, he does not wish to share employee-of-the-month honors with anyone else.
