Ken is an adorably cute, 8-year-old Pomsky who loves nothing more than lounging around and basking in his easy-going, mellow ways. After losing his long-term home due to his owner's health, Ken is on the hunt for his forever Barbie Dream House.

Ideal Home

Ken is a wonderful houseguest who is gentle and affectionate with adults and children. He enjoys lounging, occasional play, and walks. He would benefit from an owner who prioritizes his daily walks to maintain a healthy weight.

Training & Support

Ken knows his basic commands like "sit" and "come." He is an easy walker, always on a loose leash. Like the partial husky he is, Ken will often try to convince his walker which way he prefers to walk; however, with some words of affirmation, he quickly obliges a redirect and follows in the suggested direction. Ken is fully house-trained and knows that potty happens first thing in the morning and right before bed. Since Ken is such a well-mannered house guest, he doesn't understand why he needs to be crated, when he'd much rather free-roam without incident. Ken has been working on identifying his dog crate as a positive place to hang out, and he is now very tolerable when necessary.
