Rory is an absolute sweetheart who blossoms when she knows she's safe and loved! This estimated 5-year-old, 57 lb Husky/Lab mix is a champion at TV watching and cuddling. She's house-trained and will let you know when she needs to go out with a gentle whine and a pleading look. Rory enjoys playing fetch, though she sometimes likes to keep the prize to herself for a little break. Her favorite spot is an armchair, where she can happily watch TV with you and then drift off into quiet, snoring slumber.
Ideal Home
Rory would love a home with a yard and a family with kids. She doesn't need another dog in the home, but she would do best in a cat-free environment.
Ongoing Health
Rory is up-to-date on all her vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. She has a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Rory has basic leash skills and is a quick learner, picking up new things easily. She's a rockstar in her crate, settling down quietly to sleep. She already knows commands like "sit" and "lay down" and takes correction well.

Transporation
Rory is located in Texas but can be transported to various locations across the US and Canada. Available drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
