Salsa (Senior)

Salsa is a sweet senior dog who is ready to spend her golden years lounging and receiving all the love! She enjoys gentle strolls and cuddling up on the couch. Salsa has a lot of love to give and is looking for a calm and quiet home where she can relax and be cherished.

Ideal Home

Salsa would thrive in a home that is calm and quiet, with plenty of opportunities for gentle exercise and cozy naps.

Ongoing Health

All dogs adopted through Wags are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and heartworm negative before adoption (age appropriate). All dogs are given monthly flea/tick preventative, monthly heartworm preventative (age appropriate), and are dewormed regularly. Salsa is microchipped.

Training & Support

Salsa is a senior dog and generally well-behaved, but as with any dog, a patient and loving approach to integration into a new home is always recommended.

• A home visit and vet reference are required.
• If you rent, a copy of your lease stating pets are allowed is needed.
• If you've had a pet in the last two years, provide that vet's information.
• If you haven't owned a pet in over two years, provide a personal reference.

Transportation

Salsa is located at our rescue center at 34 County Road 2266, Brundidge, AL 36010. We are not open to the public without an appointment. Transport may be available depending on your location and our volunteer availability.
