Max (& his emotional support pet rock!)

Max is a one-year-old, 70lb Shepherd mix who is a super affectionate and goofy boy. He's even got his own "emotional support rock" that he carries with him on walks! Max is a well-trained dog, having completed a training program, and is excellent on and off leash. He's housebroken, crate trained, and happy to be left out of his crate. Max loves to play fetch and is incredibly smart, always looking for ways to please his people. He's described as a "big mush" with his humans and is gentle with his toys, even allowing his fosters to take them from him.

Ideal Home

Max would do best in a single-pet home without other dogs, though with a lot of time and careful training, he might be able to live with another dog in the future. He is good with teenagers but not young children.

Ongoing Health

Max is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Max is well-trained and housebroken. He is also crate trained but can be left out of the crate.
