Midnight

Midnight is a charming Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix who estimates her birthday to be in May 2019 and weighs 38 lbs. She's a super sweet girl who came to us as an owner surrender with her seven puppies. Her babies have all found their loving forever homes, and now it's Midnight's turn to shine! She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Midnight is also house-trained and crate-trained.

Ideal Home

Midnight is very active and would do best in a home with another playful dog or an active family ready for adventures. She loves to run and play, so a fenced-in yard or a dedicated owner who can provide plenty of exercise through hikes, runs, or walks would be ideal. She wants to be part of the pack and go everywhere with you!

Ongoing Health

Midnight had an old injury to her back leg that healed before she came to the rescue. She occasionally picks up her back leg when running, but it doesn't seem to slow her down or bother her at all.

Training & Support

Midnight is a well-trained girl who knows "sit," "down," "place," "break," and "here." She also walks wonderfully on a leash. She can get a little overexcited when meeting new people, sometimes jumping up, but it's just because she's so eager to shower everyone with love! With consistent training and reinforcement, she'll continue to be a well-behaved companion.
