Nina, a five-year-old, 57-pound Border Collie and Staffordshire mix, is searching for her forever family! She's a bright, athletic, and incredibly loving girl who was rescued from a shelter and has been thriving in her foster home. Nina is potty-trained, crate-trained, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative care. She was previously loved by a family for nearly four years before they could no longer keep her due to travel plans. Nina has adjusted beautifully to her foster home, where she enjoys the company of three canine siblings and three human brothers. She has a high energy level and loves to run, play, and fetch, making her a joy to watch. Nina's intelligence is undeniable, and in true Border Collie fashion, she carries herself with an alpha female demeanor. She regularly attends doggie daycare, where she's a favorite among staff and fellow pups.
Ideal Home
Nina would thrive in a home with a large, fenced backyard where she can run and play to her heart's content. An active family that enjoys taking their dog to the park regularly would also be a fantastic match for her athletic spirit.
Ongoing Health
Nina is a healthy girl and is current on all her vaccinations and preventative medications.
Training & Support
Nina is already potty-trained and crate-trained. Her intelligence and eagerness to please will make further training a rewarding experience. As an alpha female, she benefits from clear guidance and consistent routines.
