Autumn

Autumn came to us from our Benewah County hoarding case when she was just 5 to 6 weeks old. Despite her rough start, she's blossomed into a sweet, gentle little girl who's happiest when life isn't quite so chaotic. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give her a little patience and she'll happily become your tiny shadow. She's playful and enjoys toys, but she's not quite as wild as some of her siblings. Think "weekend hike and evening Netflix" instead of "energy drink in puppy form." Autumn's DNA says she's mostly Miniature Poodle with a mix of Australian Shepherd, Miniature American Shepherd, and a handful of other small breeds. Her mom, Anna Banana, weighs just 19 pounds, and we expect Autumn to stay around that size. Autumn isn't the puppy who's going to cannonball into every situation. She's the one who hangs back for a minute, sizes things up, then quietly steals your heart. If you're looking for a sweet, thoughtful little companion who will happily join you on life's adventures without needing to be the center of attention, Autumn may just be your perfect match.

Ideal Home

Autumn is not a fan of large dogs and would do best in a home without them. We think she'd make an excellent companion for an older person or retired couple looking for a loyal little sidekick. While she still enjoys being active, she's a bit more laid back than the rest of her litter.
