Meet Willow! This gorgeous 6-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix has one striking blue eye and one warm brown one. After over two years in boarding, Willow is blossoming in her foster home and showing us her truly wonderful personality! She's a devoted companion who loves to be close to her people, gentle, and happiest when she's involved in everything. Willow is also intelligent and eager to please, quickly learning commands with treat encouragement. She's already a pro at kennel training and sleeps through the night without accidents. Indoors, she's curious and lets you know when she needs to go out. Outdoors, she enjoys exploring and taking in new sights and smells. She's even a champ at grooming, tolerating brushing and nail trims like a pro! Willow is still learning how to navigate friendships with other dogs, showing progress with her foster sibling, but any introductions will need to be slow and deliberate. She's a total lovebug with people and is ready for the loving family she deserves. Willow is fully sponsored, meaning her adoption fee is covered!

Ideal Home

Willow would love a home where she can be close to her people and involved in daily activities. She would do best as the only dog in the home or with a very slow and thoughtful introduction to another dog.

Willow is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Willow is already crate-trained and house-mannered, sleeping through the night without accidents. She is eager to learn and responds well to positive reinforcement. Introductions to other dogs should be done slowly and thoughtfully.
