Aster

Meet Aster, a handsome and huggable 6-year-old, 73 lb American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a slight obsession for fetch! Aster is a true charmer who loves all humans, regardless of their size. He's also dog-friendly, especially with dogs his own size, and enjoys slow introductions. If you're looking for a devoted companion, Aster would also be perfectly happy to be your one and only. He's already house and crate trained, knows "sit" and "stay," and is always up for a walk or a trip to the store! Aster is playful when it's time for fun, but he's also a professional snuggler when it's time to relax. His leash skills are pretty good and could improve with a little practice – after all, nobody's perfect! Imagine coming home to Aster's sweet face and a warm, full-body hug every day.

Ideal Home

Aster would thrive in a home where he can enjoy plenty of play and snuggles. He is not a good fit for homes with cats or other small animals.

Ongoing Health

Aster is fully vetted, including being spayed/neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Aster is house and crate trained and knows basic commands like "sit" and "stay." While his leash skills are good, they could be further improved. As with any new pet, Aster will benefit from patience and understanding as he adjusts to his new home, following the 3-3-3 rule.
