Hi, my name is Twyla and I’m a Priority Pet! I’m a sweet, spunky girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart! I’m still young and full of energy, so I love to play, learn, and stay busy. I’ve already mastered my basic commands, and I’m a total whiz when it comes to puzzles and problem-solving. If you’ve got treats and a challenge for me, I’m all in! I can be a little unsure when I meet new people—strangers make me a bit nervous at first. But once I get to know you (slow and steady wins the race!), I’ll be your loyal buddy. I’ve made so many friends here at Pawmetto Lifeline, and I know I can do the same in a loving home with the right person.

Ideal Home

I’d be happiest in a home without young children, or maybe with older kids who understand how to respect my boundaries. If you have another pup at home, I’d love to meet them first to make sure we’re a good fit.

Ongoing Health

Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE for Twyla! This includes annual exams, core vaccines, free annual heartworm tests, and the cost of medications plus 10% (excluding heartworm/flea prevention) all at Pawmetto Lifeline. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention, plus a microchip registered to you!

Training & Support

I’ve already mastered my basic commands and I’m a whiz at puzzles and problem-solving. I can be a bit nervous with new people, so a slow and steady approach to building our friendship will be best.

Transportation

I am located at Pawmetto Lifeline. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday are walk-in hours from 10 am to 5 pm.
