Woofie is a 5-year-old spirited and vocal Husky with a gentle spirit and a resilient heart. He was rescued after being found chained to a tree and has now begun a safer, more hopeful chapter. Woofie is very loving and affectionate, always ready to serenade you with his wonderful singing skills or show off his silly bunny hops. He is always ready for a good time! Woofie does well with other dogs and enjoys many playmates. He came to us extremely matted due to neglect, so our wonderful vet staff gave him a special haircut that relieved a lot of discomfort. While he looks a bit funny right now, his hair will grow back quickly.

Ideal Home

Woofie would do best with an adopter who has experience with Huskies and understands their needs, including exercise, enrichment, and grooming. He would also benefit from a calm, patient home that allows him time to settle and adjust at his own pace.

Ongoing Health

Woofie's coat was matted due to neglect, and he received a haircut to relieve discomfort. His hair will grow back, and his new family will need to upkeep his furry future.

Woofie is a vocal dog who enjoys "singing." He enjoys playing with other dogs.
