Connor

Connor is a super smart, 72# puppy with a lot of love to give! He's a handsome mix of German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois, born on November 18, 2023. Connor is eager to grow with a family that can help him build confidence. He's a bit unsure in new environments, likely due to limited exposure in his previous home, but he's making great strides! He enjoys meeting new people and has shown he can do well with dogs and cats, though he's still learning polite play manners with other dogs.

Ideal Home

Connor would thrive in a home where his new humans are committed to continuing his socialization and enrolling him in puppy obedience classes. He's still getting a feel for his exact energy level, but it's currently estimated as medium to high. He loves going for walks, spending time with his people, and playing with durable chew toys.

Ongoing Health

Connor is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested. He will need to be neutered when he reaches the appropriate age.

Training & Support

Connor knows "sit" and "down" and is working on other basic commands. He's house-trained and crate-trained. While he has lived with children before, we haven't had a chance to see him interact with them yet. He's neutral with cats but can be redirected if he shows a chasing instinct. He can be a little unsure when first meeting dogs but warms up with time and further work.
