Meet Duke, a handsome 38-pound gentleman with a heart of pure gold! We think he might be a blend of Pointer and Border Collie, giving him that perfect medium size that's ready for adventure but still cozy enough for snuggles. Duke is the ultimate companion, always ready to offer moral support whether you're working or just enjoying a quiet moment. He's got a tail that wags with pure delight, and once you see it in motion, you'll fall head over paws too!

Ideal Home

Duke dreams of a home with a fenced-in yard where he can enjoy victory laps, stick-hunting, and sunbathing. He'd thrive in a quiet neighborhood where he can leisurely explore and sniff every blade of grass. Busy apartment life with noisy hallways and elevators isn't his vibe.

Ongoing Health

Duke is a healthy boy. All his vetting, vaccinations, and preventative care are up to date.

Training & Support

Duke is a smart cookie who's already mastered crate training and is perfectly potty trained – no accidents here! He's also wonderful with children of all ages, including babies. He adores other dogs of all sizes and would love a canine sibling to share his games with. We haven't had a chance to test his compatibility with cats yet, but we're happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to see if he can share his space with a feline friend.

Duke is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for your new furry family member. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT.
