Meet Boogie!

This lovable eight-year-old Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix is a gentle giant, weighing in at 83 pounds with a sleek black coat that shines. Boogie was rescued at the beginning of the year and has been making up for lost time by embracing every bit of joy life has to offer, especially if it involves lounging in the dirt after a playful run! He’s all about balance, happily curling up for a nap or perking right up for a sniff-filled stroll or a game of fetch. He knows commands like “sit,” “down,” and “stay,” and is working with a trainer on his leash reactivity. Boogie’s a sucker for antlers and outdoor adventures!

Ideal Home

Boogie thrives in a calm, pet-free home without small children. He has a special bond with his best friend, Baby, and they would love to be adopted together.

Ongoing Health

Boogie manages skin allergies with medicated baths and dermatologist visits. He is cooperative with his care routine.

Training & Support

Boogie is working with a trainer to manage his leash reactivity.
