I’m Addie, a 4-year old, 70-pound Hound mix! I’m playful, goofy, and oh-so-sweet—a big baby who’s ready to bring love, laughs, and lots of kisses into your life. Seriously, if you touch me or even talk to me, I’m convinced you need kisses, and I’ve got plenty to give! I’m house and crate trained, and I’m working on perfecting my leash skills. I get a little excited when I meet new people or come out of my kennel, but I calm down quickly and settle into my chill, laid-back vibe. I’m very smart and eager to please, making me an all-around fantastic dog. I love kids, but because I’m a big girl with a happy tail, I might accidentally knock over the little kiddos, so supervision is a must. I would prefer a home with no other dogs. I also have a silly side—like the time I barked at the popcorn popping in the microwave - weird noises startle me, but it just adds to my charm! Squeaky toys are my absolute favorite, and when it comes to treats, I’m a bit of a diva. If it doesn’t look or smell like bacon, I might just turn up my nose. With my big bark, an apartment might not be the best fit for me, but I’d thrive in a home with a fenced yard where I can stretch my legs and play every day. After some exercise, I’ll happily lounge around and soak up all the love you have to give. If you’re looking for a goofy, loving companion who’s equal parts fun and snuggles, I’m your girl.
Ideal Home
A home with a fenced yard where I can play and stretch my legs. I would prefer a home with no other dogs. Supervision is a must with younger children as I might accidentally knock them over. An apartment is not the best fit for me due to my bark.

My adoption fee includes my spay, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.
Training & Support
I am house and crate trained. I am working on my leash skills. Weird noises can startle me.

- Out of state adoptions are available with vet references and a video home check.
- Adopters are responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out.
