Helene BW

Helene, an adult Husky/Shepherd mix, truly lives up to her name as a "shining light." Her humor and intelligence shine through her two different colored eyes. She absolutely adores playing with toys and is a fantastic companion for other dogs. While she's happy to give gentle licks and snuggles to cats who are calm, she might get a little too excited and chase if they run. Helene is a wonderful cuddler, flashes a lot of smiles, and is simply a happy girl! The more comfortable she feels in her forever home, the more of her husky "talk" you'll hear, especially when she's playfully disagreeing about not getting an extra treat. Helene would be a fantastic solo dog or a great addition to an existing pack. Could she be the shining light in your family?

Ideal Home

Helene would be great as a solo dog or as a companion dog to an existing “pack.” She will lick & nuzzle with stationary cats, but will chase them if they run.

Ongoing Health

Helene is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Helene is leash trained and house trained. She has a tendency to "talk" when she's excited or disagreeing, especially about treats!
