Akira was rescued from a euthanasia list with just moments to spare and has been patiently waiting for her forever family for nine long months. We're baffled as to why this sweet girl hasn't found her perfect match yet! Akira is fully crate-trained and knows all her basic commands. She has the most adorable puppy-dog eyes and her greatest desire is to snuggle up with her person, often thinking she's a tiny lap dog. You'll likely find her napping on a comfy dog bed during the day, eagerly awaiting her next walk. She's a fantastic listener, follows commands beautifully, and takes treats with incredible gentleness. To keep herself entertained, Akira loves to chew on bones or play with her stuffed toys, tossing them from her bed and then joyfully retrieving them.
