Granger

Granger is a 54-pound young adult rescue dog who is as resilient as he is loving. He may be a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he'll be your most loyal friend. Granger has wide-set, beautiful eyes and a charming, bow-legged gait that's reminiscent of a bulldog. He absolutely adores other dogs and loves to snuggle and play with his canine friends. He's also fantastic with kids and is a gentle, amiable boy all around. Granger is kennel and potty trained, showing he understands boundaries. He's working on his comfort with car rides, but he's making great progress and is open to new experiences.

Ideal Home

Granger would thrive in a home where he can have plenty of interaction with other dogs. His love for canine and human companionship makes him a wonderful addition to a family.

Ongoing Health

Granger came into rescue with frequent upper respiratory infections. Extensive medical testing revealed a fungus that had infiltrated his lungs and cervical spine. He underwent a vaccine regimen to stop the progression of the fungus and will require this vaccine annually. Despite his medical condition, he continues to thrive and loves life!

Training & Support

Granger is kennel and potty trained. He is gradually becoming more comfortable with car rides. All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org.
