Her foster family is incredibly impressed by how well she coalesces with babies and small kids, as if she fully gets them, respects them, and wants to care well for them. It's incredibly impressive considering her young puppy age! One toddler at the foster home cried because she was struggling to figure out a toy, and Ginger rushed over to her softly, providing reassurance with a careful gaze and sweet gentle kisses – such a heart-melting moment!
Once she feels settled and safe, Ginger becomes even more affectionate. She truly loves her person(s) (especially littles) and will happily curl up beside you for snuggles and quiet companionship. She's the kind of dog who forms a deep bond and just wants to be near you. Better yet, she's also great with cats and other dogs! She's a perfect leash walker, although her puppy curiosity keeps her busy, yet she's so well-mannered walking on a leash, just as she's well-mannered with every other living creature.
