Namu is a handsome 2-year-old, 30-40 pound Jindo mix with a heart of gold! He's a sweet boy who is gentle and loving once he gets to know you. Namu can be a little shy and skeptical of strangers at first, but he warms up quickly. He absolutely adores being petted and will happily roll over for a belly rub – his favorite! He knows basic commands like "sit," "lay down," and "give paw." Namu has been with his current family for two years but is sadly needing a new home due to escalating fights with his sibling. His family is heartbroken to have to rehome him but knows it's for the best for both dogs' safety and well-being.

Ideal Home

Namu would thrive in a home where he can get the regular exercise and attention he needs. He'll need an experienced handler who can patiently earn his trust before leash training progresses.

Ongoing Health

Namu is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has no known medical issues. His last vet check-up was on 10/30/2024. He does experience anxiety during car rides and vet visits, which can cause intense drooling during transport.

Training & Support

Namu is not yet housetrained and would benefit from consistent training in this area. He needs an experienced handler who can build trust before leash training, as he's had limited experience with walks. While he can be cautious during initial handling until he feels comfortable, he is not aggressive towards people and has no food aggression.
