Baltos is a happy, adaptable puppy with a playful spirit and a sweet heart. He is a 9-month-old Labrador mix, weighing about 20 lbs and expected to reach around 38 lbs as an adult. Baltos is social and gets along very well with other dogs, children, men, and women, making him a wonderful family companion. He can be a little cautious when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly with a friendly approach and a wagging tail. Once comfortable, he loves attention and pets. Baltos is a well-rounded puppy who is crate-trained, walks well on a leash, and lets you know when he needs to go outside to potty. He loves to play with his toys and is eager to learn, making him an excellent choice for a family looking for a loving and fun companion.
Ideal Home
Baltos would thrive in an active family that enjoys outdoor activities and has a fenced backyard. He needs a home with owners who have experience with dog behavior and training, or are willing to hire a trainer. A high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies are essential.
Ongoing Health
Baltos has received a spay/neuter certificate, DHPPI and Rabies vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, has been dewormed, and microchipped. He has also had a 4DX test, a negative heartworm test, and is on monthly preventive protection with Nexgard Spectra. He comes with a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
Baltos is not yet house-trained. He is eager to learn and will benefit from consistent training and positive reinforcement. Due to his background as a rescued dog, patience and understanding are crucial as he adjusts to his new home.
