Luana

Luana is a petite Chihuahua–Dachshund mix with a soft expression and a sensitive soul. She arrived with her siblings after living a feral lifestyle and is still adjusting to the rhythms of indoor life. Luana is a flight risk and will require a secure, fenced-in yard where she can feel safe and contained. She is not comfortable being touched and is happiest in a home that embraces peaceful co-existence and allows her to set the pace. With consistency and a calm environment, her confidence can continue to build in quiet ways. Luana may never seek out affection, but her gentle presence and steady progress are deeply rewarding to witness.

Luana needs a secure, fenced-in yard to feel safe and contained. She is not comfortable being touched and requires a home that embraces peaceful co-existence and allows her to set her own pace. She is not suitable for homes with children under 8.
