Romeo

Romeo is an incredibly sweet, snuggly, and loving little guy, truly a wonderful dog who we suspect is a small Australian Cattle Dog mix (about 30 pounds), possibly with Jack Russell Terrier. He has been good with young children (ages 3-6) and has done well with other dogs he's met. He enjoys interacting with outdoor rescue kitties through a fence, so we believe he'll adapt well to a home with a resident cat. Romeo picks up training easily and joyfully and would thrive in various homes, including those with children, older adults, or as a therapy or emotional support dog with proper training.

Ideal Home

Romeo would do well in a variety of home settings, including families with kids, older adults, or families. A home with wood or vinyl fencing is preferred, or an apartment setting where outdoor time is supervised or leashed, as he can climb chain-link or welded wire fences.

Ongoing Health

Romeo has been neutered and finished all his vetting.

Training & Support

Romeo is crate trained and has not had any crate accidents. He lets people know when he needs to go outside to potty. While he has done well in a home with supervision, he has not been left to free-roam the house unsupervised. We believe he would be very well-behaved.
