Ginger

Meet Ginger! This vibrant Pitbull mix, born around June 12, 2020, is ready to spice up your life! At approximately 6 years old and weighing 65 pounds, Ginger is a playful, water-loving sweetheart who enjoys lounging on the couch and engaging in playful antics. She's been with our rescue since April 7, 2022, and her vaccinations are up-to-date. Ginger is also negative for heartworm.

Ideal Home

Ginger would thrive in a home without cats or small farm animals, including chickens. She does need time to warm up to larger female dogs and prefers to be the only queen bee in the household, meaning no other female dogs. A spacious yard for playtime would be wonderful, and experienced owners who can provide a patient introduction to new environments, gentle training, and socialization, along with unconditional love and attention, will help her shine.

Ongoing Health

Ginger is up-to-date on vaccinations and is heartworm negative. She is already spayed.

Training & Support

Ginger is house-trained. While she's a social girl, she needs a little extra time to warm up to larger female dogs. With patient guidance and consistent socialization, she will undoubtedly blossom.
