About Honey
Honey Comb is a cuddly, loving 6-year-old terrier mix weighing 68 lbs. She's a sweet, affectionate, smart, and silly companion who is the perfect blend of playful energy and chill vibes. If you're looking for a cuddle bug, Honey Comb is your girl! She adores being close to her humans, whether it's resting her head on your lap or nuzzling into your neck for cuddles. While she loves being with her people, she's also independent and can entertain herself, making her an excellent work-from-home companion. When it's time for fun, Honey Comb is always ready for zoomies, neighborhood walks, car rides, and puzzle toys. She loves meeting new people, young and old, and is great with kids. Her signature "stop, drop, and roll" move is her not-so-subtle way of asking for belly rubs. Honey Comb has excellent manners, is smart, and learns routines quickly. She's respectful around food and is a joy to live with. She's ready to find a family who will appreciate her affectionate heart, sweet personality, and loyal companionship.
Ideal Home
Honey Comb is looking for a home where she can spend plenty of quality time with her people. A securely fenced-in backyard is a must for her to play fetch and sunbathe. She would thrive in a quieter suburban or rural setting, away from busy city life, where she can explore nature trails and hikes. She prefers not to go to public dog parks but would love fun adventures at Sniff Spots. Honey Comb is happiest when she can receive all the love and attention, making her the ideal only pet in the home. She would love to have human siblings to share her life with. A home with kids aged 4 and up is recommended to avoid any accidental bumps from her happy tail. A feline-free home is also recommended as she has not been tested with cats.
Ongoing Health
Honey Comb is fully potty trained and kennel trained. She communicates her need to potty by tap dancing by the door. She can be trusted to be left alone and will not have accidents.
Training & Support
Honey Comb is leash trained and shows perfect leash walking manners on quieter nature trails. She is not destructive and can be trusted when left alone. She is happy to sleep in a kennel if preferred, but would love to sleep with her forever family or on a dog bed next to them.
