Rocky

Rocky is a sweet, senior Australian Shepherd mix whose family lost their home. He spent time alone in an empty house, only receiving twice-daily visits for food and potty breaks. His devoted owner loved him dearly but was unable to keep him in her new apartment, which had a strict no-dog policy. Thankfully, his mom found us, and Rocky was able to leave his lonely past behind on January 17th, 2026. He's now with a beloved foster, Cindy, who has plenty of space for him to explore and run around in her home and yard. Adjusting to a new life after being with his mom since birth hasn't been easy for Rocky, but he's making great progress.

Ideal Home

Rocky is a social boy who gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. He loves to spend time in the backyard, playing fetch with a football or a stick.

Ongoing Health

Rocky is a hefty boy who is working on shedding some extra pounds. He's spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rocky is reliably housebroken. He's on a journey to a healthier weight and enjoys active play in the yard.
