Meet Lucy!

Lucy is a loyal, two-year-old Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix with a gentle and sunny disposition. She's about 65 pounds and her coat is mostly black. Lucy finds joy in simple pleasures: a sunny spot to lounge in, her favorite plush lamb, and the company of her loved ones. While she enjoys walks and stretching her legs in a spacious yard, her ultimate happiness comes from soaking up the sun and staying close to her family.

Ideal Home

Lucy is searching for a calm, quiet home where she can truly relax. A rural setting with a large fenced yard would be ideal for her. She would do well with adults or families with older children who can provide a more peaceful environment. She is not suitable for a home with young children or cats.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and has no medical or dietary restrictions. She is healthy and ready for her next chapter.

Training & Support

Lucy has received formal obedience training and has mastered commands such as sit, place, down, stay, come, and heel. She walks nicely on a leash, comes when called, and settles comfortably into her routine. She can relax on her own for six to seven hours during the day and sleeps in her crate at night. When the energy level rises in a busy household, Lucy may exhibit herding instincts, such as growling or engaging in 'ball-herding' behaviors. With structure, patience, and a calm routine, Lucy's affectionate, easygoing personality will shine!
