This gorgeous 4-month-old German Shepherd pup has been thriving in her foster home after being rescued from the Galveston shelter with her siblings. In just a few short weeks, she's adjusted beautifully to home life, settling into a routine and showing just how loving and adaptable she is. Chleo is the most affectionate of the litter and the quickest to warm up. From the start, she's been eager to connect, happily soaking up attention and returning it with just as much love. She's the kind of puppy who wants to be part of everything, whether that's playtime with toys or curling up close for affection. Her coat is a beautiful mix of black with tan and white along her lower half, making her just as striking as she is sweet. She has a great balance of playful and calm, enjoying her toys just as much as she enjoys being with her people.
Ideal Home
Chleo is comfortable with adults and does well with other dogs.
Ongoing Health
Chleo is up to date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. She also receives a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable.
Training & Support
Chleo responds well to commands and is very motivated by treats, making her a great candidate for continued training. She's already doing well with both kennel training and potty training and continues to improve with consistency. She sleeps through the night, with only the occasional early morning potty break. Like all puppies, Chleo will need continued structure, patience, and guidance, but she is already off to an amazing start.

Chleo is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transportation includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
