Pastel is an all-brindle pup with a distinctive white stripe down her face. She grew up with a rescue cat and many other dogs of all ages, making her a social butterfly! Pastel knows several commands, including sit, lay down, and walking on a leash. She's even treadmill trained! She loves to give hugs with her huge paws and listens exceptionally well. Trainers have noted that she is the smartest dog of her litter. Pastel can be a bit shy and cautious when first meeting new people, often seeming worried. She is working on building her confidence around the loud noises of the world and has made great progress, even overcoming her initial fear of walking near the train. She takes her time to get to know you, but once she trusts you, her love comes naturally and quickly. She needs a little extra time for potty breaks and prefers not to be rushed. While she might not come running to strangers immediately, the right leader will see her affection blossom. Pastel is a quiet sleeper and enjoys cuddling with other dogs in bed. She gets along wonderfully with all ages of dogs and cats, and we trust her completely with any animal. This sweet, young, approximately 40-pound pup is a true pleasure to be around, and with the right leader, she's an incredibly well-behaved companion.
