Ohhhh my goodness! Do we have a treat for you! Meet Samson! The handsome, water loving, curly tail wagging, most affectionate guy ever! He is a young, gorgeous canine who won't be available for long! We believe that Samson is a lab mix of some sort who is around 2 years old and weighs approximately 72 pounds. Due to him being a rescue, age and breed are our very best guesses and cannot be guaranteed. He is truly a Texas special, but those are the best type of rescue breeds!

Ideal Home

Does your family appreciate the water life? Well Samson would love to join you on all of your adventures! He would do best in a home with a fenced yard over an apartment lifestyle. Due to his energetic nature with felines, we recommend that he lives in a home that has no feline friends. He would do great in a home with older children that know how to properly enrich a big boy like himself.

Training & Support

Samson is a natural born runner and effortlessly can stride for miles. He would do well in a home with other medium/high energy dogs that know when it's time to settle down. He has so much life to give and so many memories he is ready to share with his forever human! Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog's growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!

Transporation

Samson is located in Houston, TX. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page! A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
