About Molly

Molly is a 50lb, 1-year-old spayed lab mix with a heart full of playfulness and a spirit ready to bring joy to your home! She's a happy girl who loves to engage in games, whether it's with her canine friends or her human companions. Molly's play style is energetic yet gentle, and she expresses her affection through sweet kisses and playful nibbles. She's also a well-mannered dog who greets others with a wagging tail and shows respect when playtime needs to wind down. Molly walks nicely on a leash and is gaining confidence with new experiences, including passing cars which can sometimes startle her. She is fully house-trained, enjoys her crate for downtime, and is trustworthy when left to roam the house. Molly has a moderate energy level that truly shines when she has a playmate.

Ideal Home

Molly would thrive in a home with another playful dog, or with an active adult or family with playful children who can help meet her social and exercise needs. She has met children ages 5 and 9 and was comfortable around them. While she hasn't had much interaction with cats, she has remained calm and non-reactive when seeing one on a walk.

Ongoing Health

Molly is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Molly is house-trained and crate-trained. She is continuing to build confidence with new experiences, and gentle exposure and reassurance will help her overcome her slight apprehension with passing cars. She has shown no signs of resource guarding.
