Meet Otis!

Otis is used to being a rural/farm dog and would enjoy to have a similar lifestyle in a new home. Otis enjoys treats and squishy ball toys. He knows "sit" and is eager to learn more (who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks!).

He has lived with other dogs and farm animals; he was both friendly and playful with them! He does not do well with cats and should not go home with small animals. He has not met children. He is quite nervous with new people and animals, so introductions should be slow to ensure a successful transition.

*Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.

**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
