Redford

Meet Redford! This 1-year-old, 51 lb Pit Bull Terrier mix is a petite sweetheart with the most adorable face and soulful eyes. He was found as a stray, and while life hasn't always been kind to him, he's just waiting for the right person to show him love. Redford is shy at first, but once he trusts you, he’s incredibly gentle, affectionate, and loyal. He does wonderfully in high-stress situations and is great with kids and dogs of all sizes. We lovingly call him our "Pocket Pit" because of his small size and big heart.

Ideal Home

Redford is looking for an extra loving home that will give him the time, care, and tenderness he truly deserves. He does need a cat-free home because he finds them a little too interesting!

Ongoing Health

Redford is heartworm positive, but the SPCA is treating this disease to get him heartworm disease free. He does not have any restrictions and is ready for adoption.

Training & Support

Redford is house-trained, doing well on a leash, and knows basic commands. He and his foster are currently going through SPCA Training classes.
