Meet Bella!
Bella is a sweet Staffordshire Terrier with a heart full of love for her people. She's incredibly affectionate and thrives on companionship, always wanting to be close to you. Bella's journey led her to us after her family had to move, and she's since been in a loving foster home. Sadly, she experienced a dog attack, which has made her understandably wary of other dogs. Because of this, she would do best as the only pet in her new home, where she can feel secure and truly relax.
Ideal Home
Bella would love a home where she can be your devoted companion. She needs a space where she can feel safe and won't have to worry about interactions with other dogs. She enjoys her daily walks and is a good leash walker, though she gets very excited about squirrels and cats! Bella is also a fantastic travel buddy, loving car rides and would be thrilled for RV adventures with you. She does have a mild fear of fireworks and will need extra comfort during loud celebrations. Bella cannot be crated but is doggy-door trained and has excellent potty habits.
Ongoing Health
Bella is a healthy girl! She is up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative care.
Training & Support
Bella has wonderful manners in the home and is respectful of your space. She enjoys chewing on bones and is a joy to have around. Her foster family has provided extra comfort during loud events, and you can continue this to help her feel secure.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Our out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location).
- This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old.
- All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
- A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
- We reserve the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal.
- Our adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals in our care.
Transporation
Bella is currently in a foster home in Texas, but she is available for transport to an agreed-upon location.
