Thankfully, he was rescued and is now thriving in his foster home in Texas. Tim Tim has discovered the joys of life, especially cheese, his favorite treat! He's gentle, affectionate, and ready to trade his past for a cozy lap and a loving home. He's proof that even the smallest dogs can have the biggest hearts.
