Meet Berlin! This sweet boy is a gentle soul who came from a hoarding situation and is slowly learning that people can be trusted. Every small step is a huge victory for him, and his foster family has loved watching his confidence grow. Berlin enjoys zoomies and is beginning to initiate play, and will now follow his foster mom around the house. He enjoys gentle pets when he's sitting or lying down and has started going out into the backyard on his own. He's learning to walk on a leash and becoming more comfortable with his crate. He has shown no aggression, even during baths, and rides quietly in the car once he's inside. Berlin has good potty manners in his foster home, and routine is key for him.

Ideal Home

Berlin needs a calm, patient home as loud noises and sudden movements can startle him. He is still very skittish and is a flight risk. He would benefit from a confident canine companion to help show him the ropes. He would do best in a home without small children.

Ongoing Health

Berlin can be selective about eating and is not food motivated. He needs help getting into the car but settles quickly once inside.
