Victoria is a 6-month-old, 40-pound bundle of joy who is already declaring herself everyone's best friend! She's a playful pup with a beautiful, silky chocolate-black coat, adorable floppy ears, and a sweet little white patch on her chest. Victoria seems to be a mix of Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd, with a personality that includes a dash of angel, a sprinkle of comedian, and a whole lot of marshmallow. She is incredibly social, showering every person, dog, and even cats with enthusiastic kisses and full-body wiggles. Victoria has a gentle and submissive social style, making her a wonderful companion for more confident pups. She's an easygoing and adaptable dog who thrives in a pack environment and enjoys being included in all sorts of adventures, from hiking and camping to farmers' markets and kids' sports games. Victoria loves water and is ready for any outdoor fun. She walks beautifully on a leash, rides well in the car, and settles nicely after playtime. She is playful without being overwhelming, affectionate without being clingy, and calm while still maintaining her fun-loving puppy spirit.
Ideal Home
Victoria would thrive in a home where she can be part of the family's adventures and receive plenty of love and attention. She is great with kids, dogs, and has shown a gentle interest in cats.
Ongoing Health
Victoria is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms and treated if necessary.
Training & Support
Victoria is crate-trained and doing wonderfully with potty training. Her leash manners are excellent for her age, and she settles nicely after exercise.

Transporation
Victoria is currently fostering in Ashaway, RI. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will be able to track your pet's journey in real time. A transport surcharge of $87 applies.
