Meet Loki! This charming 3-year-old Terrier mix weighs about 11 pounds and is ready to steal your heart with his wire-haired coat and sweet disposition. Loki is a calm and well-mannered pup who loves to be by his people's side. He enjoys car rides and watching the world go by. While he can be a bit shy and cautious when first meeting new people, with a little patience and kindness, his true, loving personality shines through. Loki enjoys affection and is a delightful companion for quiet walks and everyday adventures.
Loki's journey began as a stray in Saltillo, Mexico, where he was found near a school. After being taken to a vet clinic, he remained there until our rescue program could take him in. He received the veterinary care and attention he deserved and is now healthy, safe, and eager to find his forever family.
Ideal Home
Loki would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard and an active family that enjoys outdoor activities. He needs a patient adopter who understands that rescued animals may need time to adjust and build trust.
Ongoing Health
Loki has received a comprehensive health protocol including spay/neuter, DHPPI and Rabies vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, deworming, microchip, a negative heartworm test, monthly Nexgard Spectra preventative, and a health certificate with a vaccine booklet. He is currently healthy and ready for his new home.
Training & Support
Loki is not house-trained and will require ongoing patience and consistent training from his adopter. Adopters should have experience with dog behavior and training, or be willing to hire a professional trainer to help Loki succeed. A high level of tolerance and patience is essential.

Transportation
Loki is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico. He is available for transport to the East Coast via our organized cross-country trips. A one-time transport fee of $400 USD covers door-to-door delivery, including all necessary legal documents and health certificates. You will receive real-time updates throughout his journey.
