Thor

Meet Thor! This sensitive 8-month-old pup might have a mighty name, but he's still learning that the world isn't so scary. Thor has been adopted twice before, and adjusting to new environments and people has been a challenge for him. When he's feeling unsure, he can be a bit stubborn about pottying outside as he works through his fears. Due to missing out on crucial early socialization, Thor needs a patient and understanding home committed to helping him build confidence at his own pace.

Once Thor feels safe and comfortable, his true goofy, affectionate, and playful personality shines through! He loves zoomies, happy laps around the yard, and showering his people with sweetness. Watching him let his guard down and just be a puppy is incredibly rewarding.

Ideal Home

Thor is looking for a calm and understanding home where he can go slow and build trust. He would do best in a home without young children, as he has snapped at them in the past when feeling uncomfortable.

Ongoing Health

All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home.

Training & Support

Thor needs patience and encouragement to build his confidence. He can be stubborn about pottying outside when he's feeling insecure, so consistent positive reinforcement will be key.
