Tipper Tater is an approximately 1-year-old, 14 lb bundle of adorable quirks! With one soulful brown eye and another striking ocean-blue eye, and ears that seem to capture every whisper, he's a real showstopper. We believe he's a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, but with rescue, every pup is a delightful mystery! Tipper is a gentle soul who prefers a peaceful coexistence with other dogs and has been a perfect gentleman with our resident cat, Biggie. He's happy to share his space and offers a calming presence, never demanding attention. He's crate trained, quiet in his crate, and potty trained, making him a wonderful houseguest. He adores treats and has a super soft mouth when taking them. While he's still figuring out toys, his curious nature is utterly charming. Tipper is a "slow burn" – he takes his time to trust, and when he does, it feels truly special. He needs a patient adopter who will let him set the pace and celebrate every small victory.
Ideal Home
A lower-energy home with a calm, predictable routine would be ideal for Tipper. He'd thrive in a home with a yard rather than an apartment.

There is an $87 surcharge for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
