Arlo is his name and his gentle eyes match his heart perfectly! Arlo is a shy but sweet boy who blossoms with patience and consistency. He's estimated to be 1 year old and weighs 48 lbs. He may be a husky/shepherd mix, but he is a rescue, so we cannot guarantee his breed. Arlo is house and crate trained and enjoys a routine. He can be shy when meeting new people, often hanging back to observe before approaching. However, with a little time and reassurance, he becomes incredibly devoted and loving.
Ideal Home
Arlo would thrive in a home with a yard where he can build confidence at his own pace. He would do best with a smaller, friendly dog or a calm, easygoing larger dog (with careful introductions). He has also done well with cats after slow and proper introductions. Busy or unfamiliar environments can be overwhelming for him, so a quieter home would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
