Oliver (blind)

Oliver recently arrived after a very long journey, and he's ready to find his forever home! He's a handsome, wire-haired terrier mix, weighing about 40 lbs and estimated to be 2.5 years old. Oliver is completely blind, but that doesn't stop him from being a sweet and friendly companion. He takes it all in stride and doesn't worry about what he can't see. He's also friendly with other dogs and cats, particularly those who are laid-back or already dog-friendly.

Ideal Home

Oliver would thrive in a home where he's not left alone for extended periods of 5-8 hours unless he has another friendly dog to keep him company. He would also prefer a home where he doesn't have to navigate stairs frequently, and would be happy sleeping on the first floor.

Ongoing Health

Oliver is a healthy boy with no ongoing health concerns mentioned. He has been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Oliver is house-trained. His blindness means he relies on his other senses, and he adjusts well to his surroundings.
